Biography

Mary-Lou is English but has lived in the Languedoc region of France for some years.  She has always drawn and painted, and did her studies in fine art and French.

She taught for 25 years in England, always painting, then in 1997 she gave up teaching to begin painting full-time. She moved to this beautiful part of France in 2000, attracted by the stone buildings and the colours of the region, and she continues to paint what she sees around her.  Her paintings have been successfully exhibited and sold in Europe and overseas. 

She paints on paper, using water colour and ink.
